Usable with any TY-VISION series. It remarkably improves visual inspection efficiency, and is a must for defect analysis.
This system is for double-checking the apparent defect positions with a CCD camera and an automatic follow-up table based on the NG data from TY-VISION series. Use in combination with a microscope makes NG marking easier.
