Bumps were the key to enabling high-definition circuit checks and electrical tests.

Technology for making bump FPC boards is being used for a series of function tests on driver circuit COM (COB, COF and TCP) designed to control PDPs, LCDs, organic ELs and FEDs. Bump-specific jigs developed in-house using FPC production know-how are incorporated to improve contact performance and work with finer pitched patterns.
