FPC manufacturing technology is applied to inspection equipment to tailor the inspection systems, products, and process management to our needs. This results in, for example, automated inspection systems for FPCs and PWBs, and appearance checks for PDP and LCD connections.

Inspections Jigs

Bumps were the key to enabling high-definition circuit checks and electrical tests.

Technology for making bump FPC boards is being used for a series of function tests on driver circuit COM (COB, COF and TCP) designed to control PDPs, LCDs, organic ELs and FEDs. Bump-specific jigs developed in-house using FPC production know-how are incorporated to improve contact performance and work with finer pitched patterns.
