This prober is for checking panels as small as 3.5 inches that have contact pins on the same plane as the display panel. Accurate alignment is possible using a micrometer for adjusting the X, Y and q axes. It comes with a mechanism for adjusting contact pressure and can be loaded with a CCD camera and backlight for position recognition. Furthermore, it has a mechanism for reducing head speed in contact operations.
