TMPF-300-100
This is a prober of simple structure that uses bump FPC for making contact. It has a test piece guide movable in X and Y directions for easy usability. Moreover, it uses a transparent acrylic plate for mounting test pieces, so it can be used with light tables. Can be widely used for contact with terminal pins of LCD panels or FPCs.
