TMPF-160-256

This prober is for checking panels as small as 2 inches. It has an overdrive adjustment mechanism for adjusting contact pressure. Moreover, it uses a transparent acrylic plate for mounting test pieces, so it can be used with light tables. The bump FPC for making contact and the contact FPC on the checker side are connected by screwed pressure-fit, therefore the bump FPC can be changed without affecting the contact FPC.
